Terms & Conditions

For all courses provided by The English Manner (including The Household Academy courses), fees are payable in advance with a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking*. The balance is to be paid no later than four weeks before course date commencement (this will only be refunded on cancellation or under special circumstances, or in the event of the course not being run subject to minimum numbers).

*For non-bespoke courses; excludes all cultural tours.

Overseas payment available by direct bank transfer, subject to an additional £50 transfer fee charge.

We can offer easy internet payment through PayPal, with the addition of a small transaction fee.

Invoices will be sent out upon receipt of registration forms.

The English Manner reserves the right to change or replace any modules on any of the listed courses.
