Etiquette for Schools & Universities
Encouragingly, schools, colleges and universities are recognising the need for their students to walk away with polished social skills and good manners in order to create a good first impression during interviews for higher education or jobs, and (of course) to maintain that good initial impression.
The English Manner has been fortunate to work with many leading educational organisations around the world to develop training programmes and seminars for students of all age-ranges.
One of our top tutors, William Hanson, harnessed his interest in etiquette by teaching at his own school whilst he was still a pupil. Each week for his final two years at his school he would teach groups of 12-13 years olds in how to set a dinner table and dress for a Black Tie function. Being of the younger generation himself, William’s ability to connect with pupils and students has been a key asset for our schools training programmes.
With our programmes we are also able to offer tuition in English as a Foreign Language.
