Etiquette for Small Groups & Individuals
In a fast paced world, we have only seconds to make a favourable impression and our social skills are under constant scrutiny.
Because of this, we all need to have perfected our interpersonal skills and we must able to adapt to change, whether we are meeting and entertaining overseas visitors, moving to a new area or career, or applying for a new job, membership of a club or college.
A calm and courteous approach can ease a thousand stressful situations, not only at work but also at home. Courtesy is appreciated the world over and common sense dictates that manners and the marketplace should be totally compatible. In a complex world where personal ambition and ruthless demands are paramount, it is sometimes hard to remember the rules of grace under pressure.
We’ve all attended a private or corporate event. But…
Do you receive an invitation with dread or see it as an opportunity to advance your career and your personal profile?
Some guests will head for the bar, some will go for the food; knowledgeable guests will head for their host. Have you attended an event and never spoken to anyone or not been spoken to?
Do you know how to greet your host and fellow guests?
Do you know how to converse?
Might you embarrass yourself, your company or your host without knowing it?
Will you leave a positive or negative impression on your colleagues and competitors, or will anyone even notice that you've left?
Our private consultation service is specifically for those with particular requirements. Tutors will discuss your needs and work to identify areas where you may lack confidence, know-how, or feel ill at ease and will tailor an individually designed programme of classes from a half day 'refresher' session to a week or longer programme in etiquette and social skills, based on interests and hands-on instruction.
With our bespoke programmes we are also able to offer tuition in English as a Foreign Language.
Please feel free to contact us and we can assist you further.

His expertise, attention to details throughout the entire session, as well as personality were extremely impressive. I can say that he is a real expert in professional and uniquely beautiful manners. With my special requests, Alexandra was also very supportive and flexible. Thank you William and Alexandra."
