The English Manner is a unique British-based company aimed at creating exclusive experiences and providing international consultancy in contemporary etiquette, protocol, the arts, social graces and event planning. Founded by Alexandra Messervy, formerly of the Household of Her Majesty the Queen and consultant to the world famous finishing school Lucie Clayton, the English Manner caters to clients of all ages and backgrounds, primarily focusing on companies and institutions and, on occasion, private individuals and groups. All private groups are accommodated by special arrangement, and all group sizes are strictly limited for tuition and travel. We work with many VIP's and international corporations, and client confidentiality is paramount

Following their most successful garden tour of England with The English Manner, in May 2006 ladies of the Lake Forest Garden Club of Chicago became the first ever American Garden Club entry for a Show Garden at the Chelsea Flower Show. Congratulations to them all on winning a Silver Gilt medal. The English Manner is absolutely thrilled to be able to congratulate them on their hard work and dedication!
